TO ORDER

Ordering is easy:

1. Select the desired products, change the quantity if necessary (with plus and minus button) and click on the button ‘in shopping cart’. You will now be automatically sent to the shopping cart overview.

2. Check whether your shopping cart is correct, change the quantities if necessary and click on ‘update shopping cart’. If you want to add more products, choose ‘continue shopping’. Do you want to complete your order? Enter any discount code. The total amount of the order will now be shown at the bottom, including any shipping costs. To proceed, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

3. On the next screen, fill in your personal details and enter the address to which the order should be shipped. You can leave any additional comments in the ‘additional information’ field.

4. Then choose the desired payment method at the bottom of the page.

5. When you click on ‘Place order’, the order will be placed. You are entering into a payment obligation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can choose from different payment methods, even if you want to order from abroad. As soon as you start checking out, you will enter a secure internet environment. Your transaction data is sent encrypted via a so-called SSL connection.

SHIPPING AND PACKING COSTS

* Price changes reserved. The most current shipping and packaging costs are shown in your shopping cart. The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the delivery method. The shipping costs are calculated after the settlement of any discount as a result of promotions, product discounts or vouchers and discount codes.

DELIVERY

We ship via PostNL, UPS DPD or DHL for the delivery of your order. If you are not at home to receive the order, the parcel service may make a second attempt to deliver the package or it will be delivered to the nearest depot. Your payment obligation remains in effect.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of products sent via Post NL, DPD or DHL is 5-7 working days.

CHANGE / CANCEL

Changing and/or canceling your order is not possible due to our fast processing procedure. Once your order has been placed, we will process it immediately. For this reason, it is not possible to change anything about the order and/or cancel it partially or completely.

RETURNS

It is possible to return the item within 14 days of receipt. You can of course have several reasons for this.

If the hygiene seal / hygienic protective film is broken, the right of return lapses.

How can I return my item?

Request a return request by email. Include the return request along with a copy of the purchase invoice in the package. Seal the package carefully and bring it to a Post Office near you. Your package will be sent and your return request will be processed. As soon as you return the item to us, the shipping costs are for your own account.

Damaged / Wrong delivery
If you want to return an item(s) due to damage or negligence, please contact our service department. In this case, we will bear the costs of the return shipment. This is only possible for online orders.

Exchange
If you want to exchange an item or cancel the order, this is always possible within 14 days after delivery of your order. The period of 14 days starts on the day after delivery of your order. As soon as you return the item to us, the shipping costs are for your own account.

Processing Process
When you return the item, it always takes a while before it can be received by us. Normally it takes 1-3 working days before the package is delivered by Post NL/DHL. As soon as the package has been delivered to us, it will of course be processed as soon as possible. You will receive the purchase amount including the shipping costs of the outward return within 14 days at the latest. You will always be informed by e-mail regarding the status of the returned item.

Conditions
– Items may only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
– Return the items complete (including all items that belong to the item). The item will only be accepted for return if it is returned in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. We therefore recommend that you keep the supplied accessories at all times
